Thousands of Algerian youth took to the streets in protest after their 82-year-old authoritarian president Abdelaziz Bouteflika, who's led the country since 1999 and not made a public speech in seven years because of constant ailments, including a stroke in 2013, announced that he's running for a fifth term.
