Car Bomb Explodes Near Egypt's National Cancer Institute, Killing 20

Egyptian authorities blamed the militant group Hasm of the Muslim Brotherhood for an explosion outside the National Cancer Institute in central Cairo, after a car packed with explosives en route to another location detonated when it struck three other cars while entering oncoming traffic, killing 20 people and injuring 47 others.
