The FBI captured Alejandro Rosales Castillo in Pachuca, a town approximately 70 miles north of Mexico City, a man who on the most wanted list since 2017, charged with the murder of a co-worker in North Carolina and last seen on surveillance video ditching a car in Arizona before crossing the US border.
