Hurricane Otto: Nine Dead in Costa Rica

Hurricane Otto, now a tropical storm, hit the coast of Costa Rica and headed into the eastern Pacific after killing nine people and causing thousands to evacuate in the towns of Upala and Bijagua. See Full Story>
