Turkish investigators say that Saudi dissident Jamal Khashoggi, a journalist who sought asylum in the United States and appeared at the Saudi Arabian Consulate in Turkey to obtain papers for an upcoming wedding, died by the hands of a 15-member team sent specifically from the kingdom to assassinate the reporter after he published articles critical of the country's rulership.
