Twin Bombings at Roman Catholic Cathedral in Philippines Kills 27, Injures 81

The Islamic State claimed responsibility for two bomb blasts, one inside the sanctuary of the Roman Catholic Cathedral of Our Lady of Mount Carmel on the southern Philippine Island of Jolo, and a second outside the building, which killed 27 people and injured at least 87 others. See Full Story>
