Venezuela President Nicolas Maduro Blames Massive Blackout on US 'Electrical Warfare'

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro blamed a massive power outage which left the infrastructure of the capital city of Caracas, including the hospitals and the subway system, in total darkness, calling the blackout part of an "electrical warfare" launched by the United States to signal to the arrival of his political rival Juan Guaido back to the country.
