Chef Leah Chase, "Queen of Creole Cuisine," Dies at 96


Chef Leah Chase, known as the "Queen of Creole Cuisine" and the prominent civil rights activist who broke segregation laws by created the first white tablecloth restaurant for black in New Orleans, died at the age of 96. See Full Story>
