Authorities concluded that 42-year-old Bollywood actor Kushal Punjabi, best known for starring in the films Lakshya, Kaal, and Salaam-e-Ishq: A Tribure to Love and the reality shows Zor Ka Jhatka: Total Wipeout and Fear Factor, died from an apparent suicide after his parents found him hanging in his apartment next to a 1-page note.
