One Dead, Eight Injured After 6.4 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Puerto Rico


One person died and at least eight others suffered injuries after a magnitude 6.4 earthquake followed by several strong aftershocks struck the island of Puerto Rico, collapsing homes, buildings and knocking out the power grid, prompting governor Wanda Vazquez to declare a state of emergency.
