Authorities in Lebanon arrested a man in the mountainous town of Baakline, 45 km south of Beirut, who fatally stabbed his wife to death in what they describe as an 'honor killing' and then proceed shoot to death eight other people, including two children and six Syrians, the country's worst mass killing in recent history.
