Authorities say gunmen from the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (JNGC) blocked roads in an upscale neighborhood and riddled the armored vehicle of Mexico City's Police Chief Omar Garcia Harfuch with bullets in an ambush, severely injuring him and killing two of his body guards and a bystander.
