At least 15 Afghans died during a stadium stampede in the city of Jalalabad, when more than 3000 people gathered near the Pakistan consulate to collect tokens in order to secure visas for travel into Pakistan for education, medical treatment and employment became unruly, pushed others to the ground and trampled them underfoot.
