Authorities in Mexico found 19 charred bodies, shot to death and burned alongside a road in the northern state of Tamaulipas near the city of Camargo along the Texas border, a known smuggling transit point for drugs and migrants, and say 13 of the corpses may belong to members of a Guatemalan caravan headed to the US.
