In a milestone achievement, China's "Tianwen-1" mission, which translates as "Quest for Heavenly Truth", successfully landed its Zhurong rover, named after a god of fire in Chinese mythology, on Mars, making it one of three international probes to explore the Martian planet this year, along with the US and UAE, with hopes of gathering information about its soil, geology, environment, atmosphere and search for signs of water.
