42-year-old Halyna Hutchinson, the director of photography for the upcoming movie "Rust" and rising star in the film industry died after being shot at nearly point-blank range in the chest by a prop gun loaded with live ammunition by veteran actor Alec Baldwin, an apparent mishap which also hospitalized director Joel Souza due to injuries from the the incident.
