The NYPD arrested and then later placed on supervised release a 49-year-old Brooklyn man for allegedly setting a huge, 50-foot tall, lit artificial Christmas tree outside the FOX News headquarters in midtown Manhattan on fire, charging him with numerous violations, including disorderly conduct and arson.
