A judge in Chicago sentenced former "Empire" actor Jussie Smollett to 150 days in prison, 30 months of probation, ordered that he pay $120,000 in restitution to the City of Chicago and a $25,000 fine for lying to police about a racist, homophobic attack which he said occurred in 2019, causing a national uproar.
