The San Antoino Police Department charged James Brennand, one of its own officers, with two counts of aggravated assault by a public servant over the shooting of 17-year-old Erik Cantu, a teen eating a hamburger in his car while parked at a McDonald's, an incident which left the Texas resident in critical condition.
