Police charged Veronica Tejera, the of wife of Dax Tejera, executive producer of This Week, ABC News Sunday's public affairs show, with child endangerment for leaving their two small children alone for hours at the Yale Club hotel after he died suddenly of a heart attack while the two were dinning out at the nearby Bobby Van's restaurant in Manhattan.
