A fire at a detention facility holding 68 men in the Mexican border city of Ciudad Juarez, near El Paso, Texas killed at least 39 people, when locked-up migrants set their mattresses ablaze after they learned they would be deported, according to a statement by President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador.
