Protests Erupt in Greece After Country's Worst Rail Disaster Leaves 57 Dead

 

Angry protesters clashed with police, despite an apology from Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, over a deadly same-track head-on train collision in Tempi, Greece near the city of Larissa, by a freight train which collided with a passenger train carrying more than 350 people, killing at least 57 onboard, the country's worst rail disaster in history.
