Scandal-plagued New York Republican congressman George Santos was arrested and charged with 13 counts of criminal wrongdoing, including wire fraud, money laundering, theft of public funds and materially false statements to the House of Representative, which he pled guilty to all, but says he will not step down from Congress and will continue to run for a second term.
