At least 114 people died and more than 150 suffered injuries after a fire swept through the Al Haytham Wedding Hall in a predominately Christian are in the city of Qaraqosh, Ninevah province, with authorities saying no official cause of the blaze has yet been determined, though early reports state that fireworks set off inside the facility may have been to blame.
