A double-decker passenger bus crashed in the southern Prachuap Khiri Khan province of Thailand, killing fourteen people and injuring 32 others, after the vehicle spun out of control and crashed into a tree, with authorities saying the cause of the crash may have been due to the driver not having enough sleep.
