Authorities in Mexico say drug and turf violence involving the Sinaloa and Jalisco cartels resulted in the deaths of 19 people found piled inside and scattered around a dump truck on an abandoned road near the town of La Concordia, close to the border of Guatemala, all who perished as a result of multiple gunshot wounds.
