A 26-year-old Syrian national and member of the Islamic State group named by prosecutors as Issa al H, turned himself into authorities and confessed to a mass stabbing which took place in the German city of Solingen during celebrations of its 650th anniversary, an attack which killed two men and woman, all in their 50's, and injured eight others.
