Syrian government officials condemned a car bombing attack, for which no one claimed immediate responsibility, in northern Allepo province near the city of Manbij, that killed at least 20 people and injured dozens of others, all predominately female agricultural workers, the deadliest such attack since the fall of former President Bashar al-Assad in December.
