A cargo truck loaded with Mexican construction workers crashed into a car and taxi on a highway between Merida and Campeche in southeast Mexican state of Yucatan and burst into flames, killing at least 15 people and injuring two others, the third fatal crash in less than a week with a high number of casualties.
