Authorities continue to investigate an explosion and fire at a busy Waldo's discount store filled with shoppers preparing for Day of the Dead celebrations in the northern Sonora state city of Hermosillo, a blaze which killed 23 people, including women and children, most of whom died from exposure to toxic smoke.
