Civil Rights Crusader Rev. Jesse Jackson, Dies at 84

 

The Reverend Jesse Jackson, a pioneering Civil Rights leader who worked with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. within his innermost circles, ran for President of the United States as a Democrat twice, and advocated throughout the world, died peacefully in his Chicago home at the age of 84.
