FBI Director Kash Patel called a shooting at Constant Hall on the campus of Old Dominion University in Norfolk Virginia an "act of terrorism" after Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, 35, a former member of the Army National Guard who previously pleaded guilty to plotting to kill military personnel in 2016, opened fire inside a classroom with an AK-47 style rifle, injuring two, before being killed during a restraint by fellow US ROTC students who intervened.
