The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) says 43-year-old Andrew Arrabaca, a former US Army soldier armed with two axes, a machete, three knives and fireworks, shot a pellet gun and ignited a gasoline fire outside of the federal building in Manhattan, a person they considered an anti-ICE, anti-government protester.
