The Islamic State Khorasan (ISIS-K) claimed responsibility for a double suicide bombing during Friday prayers at the Shiite Fatima mosque in the southern Afghan city of Kandahar, an attack which killed more than 47 people and wounded dozens others, the second such offensive by the terror group in less than a week after a similar attack on a mosque during prayers in Kunduz.
