Officials say in Pakistan's largest city Karachi, at least 12 people died and 11 others suffered injuries from a powerful explosion ignited from the accumulation of gas in a sewage system beneath a HBL bank in the Shershah neighborhood of the port city, a blast which severely damaged the building and sent debris into the surrounding streets.
