Andrea Fuentes, the coach for artistic swimmer Anita Alvarez, made a heroic rescue by noticing something wrong and diving into the water to help when her athlete began floating to the bottom of the pool following what she called the swimmer's "best performance ever," after Alvarez fainted while competing during the women's solo free final at the FINA World Championships in Budapest, Hungary.
