The global police agency Interpol issued a "Red Notice" for Isabel dos Santos, the richest woman in Africa and daughter of the country's former president Jose Eduardo dos Santos, requesting law enforcement agencies worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest the billionaire tycoon for alleged crimes including embezzlement, fraud and money laundering.
