Honduran President Xiomara Castro said a planned, coordinated attack by gang members in conjunction with prison guards, where inmates shot, killed and burned to death fellow prisoners at the Centro Feminino de Adaption Social, a 900-member women's penitentiary near the city of Tegucigalpa, left 46 people dead and seven others injured.
