Authorities continue to investigate a fire that erupted at a four-story office building, which also housed dormitories, operated by the Yongju coal company in Luliang city, Shanxi province in northern China, a blaze which killed 26 people and left 51 others hospitalized, one of the country's worst workplace disasters in recent years.
