A driver of a passenger bus lost control of his vehicle, collided with a motorbike, then hit an oil tanker coming in the opposite direction head-on, while traveling on a highway in the southern province of Helmand, Afghanistan, killing at least 21 people and injuring 38 others, according to a statement by the country's information department.
