Aco Martinovic, a 45-year-old man who was said to be heavily drinking all day, became involved in a heated argument and brawl with a patron at a restaurant in the western town of Cetinje in the Balkan country of Montenegro, then went on a shooting rampage killing 12 people, many close friends and relatives, including two children, before committing suicide while surrounded by police.
