Authorities identified the person responsible for a terror attack in New Orlean's French Quarter as 42-year-old Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a former US Army Veteran and Islamic State inspired lone wolf who died in a shootout with police, after breaching a barrier then ramming his truck into crowds of revelers on Bourbon Street, killing 14 people and injuring 35 on New Year's Day.
