A passenger bus carrying approximately 40 people in Cambodia, enroute from Siem Reap to the capital city of Phnom Penh, plunged off a bridge and into a river in the central province of Kampong Thong, killing 16 people and injuring at least two dozen others, with preliminary investigation by authorities stating the crash had been a result of the driver's drowsiness.
