The mayor of the Colombian city of Cali, the epicenter of recent anti-government protests, reported at least 13 deaths during a wave of violence over the weekend, demonstrations which have left more than 59 fatalities in the past month as more clashes broke out between the military, police and civilians throughout the country over controversial tax and health reforms.
