A fuel tanker used to distribute petrol by the Army exploded in northern Lebanon as residents gathered to fill containers with gasoline in the village of Al-Tleil, killing at least 28 people and leaving more than 80 others injured or missing, after someone allegedly threw a lighter on the ground, causing the massive detonation.
